AMN members co-taught a class of university students at the University of Calgary’s Faculty of Social Work. Discussion focused on Participatory Action Research and engaging community.

AMN members spoke to university students about the work of Alberta Men’s Network, answering their questions and sharing experiences.

The Alberta Men’s Survey Leadership Team believe that AMS results and the ensuing Men’s Dialogues will increase the community’s understanding of the supports, needs, perspectives and strengths of men in Alberta with regards on gender-based violence. It is our hope that the learning from the AMS will support the efforts of governments and the numerous organizations that are working on the creation, implementation, and evaluation of preventatives services that focus on men.
